Midivex v1.1.0: Orbits Effect and Multi-Timbral Support
A major upgrade with the new Orbits generative effect, multi-timbral mode for any device, multi-out Virtual MIDI, and quality-of-life polish across the app.

Midivex v1.1.0 is here, with a major upgrade to what your one-stop MIDI hub can do. New Orbits effect, multi-timbral support across the whole app, and a long list of refinements.
New: Orbits effect
A generative MIDI effect that places notes around a tempo-synced orbit and triggers them as the playhead crosses each one. Endless variations from a single held chord, perfect for ambient pads and evolving textures.
New: Multi-timbral mode
Any MIDI device can now be split into named sub-devices, each with its own MIDI channel and synth profile. Control synth presets per channel, add effects per channel, and route everything exactly how you want.
Multi-timbral is also supported with Virtual Out, so you can split VSTs like Omnisphere into multi-out instruments and route them to multiple keyboards.
And more
- Effect stacking and per-effect routing improvements
- Local Control automation on supported hardware
- LFO modulation across the matrix, even without a route
- Fixes and refinements throughout
